目的：观察四物消风饮加减治疗过敏性紫癜(HSP)的临床疗效及对肾损害的预防作用。方法：60例HSP患者随机均分为两组,各30例,对照组采用单纯西药治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上加用四物消风饮。结果：治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05),皮疹消退时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后尿液检查显示,肾损害者较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论：四物消风饮加减治疗HSP,疗程短,治愈率高,毒副作用更小,且能有效预防肾损害。
목적：관찰사물소풍음가감치료과민성자전(HSP)적림상료효급대신손해적예방작용。방법：60례HSP환자수궤균분위량조,각30례,대조조채용단순서약치료。치료조재대조조기출상가용사물소풍음。결과：치료조총유효솔현저우우대조조(P<0.05),피진소퇴시간교대조조명현축단(P<0.05),차치료조치료후뇨액검사현시,신손해자교대조조명현강저(P<0.05)。결론：사물소풍음가감치료HSP,료정단,치유솔고,독부작용경소,차능유효예방신손해。
To observe the clinical efficacy of Siwuxiaofengyin in treating allergic purpura and preventing kidney damage.Methods:60 patients were randomly and equally divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Chinese combined western medicine therapy and the control group was treated with western medicine. Results:The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the rush dissipating time was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the urine examination showed that the renal damage of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Siwuxiaofengyin has the benefit of shorter course, higher cure rate, less side effects in treating HSP, and can prevent kidney damage effectively.
