基于旅游景区门票涨涨跌跌的背景，从社会福利与公平角度的出发，分析门票定价的目标、功能以及景区不同产品的属性。从基本要素和弹性要素两方面剖析影响定价的因子，构建定价模型，分层定量探讨门票的公平定价问题，为科学、合理制定我国景区门票提供参考。

In the circumstance of fluctuations of entrance tickets in the past years ,this paper makes an anal-ysis on the goal and function of entrance ticket pricing as well as properties of different products of scenic spots from the social welfare and justice perspective .The paper defines both basic and elastic elements that influence the pricing ,and then constructs models for researching the problem of fair pricing hierarchically and quantitatively .It is of referential ,academic ,and practical significance for pricing of entrance tickets of tourism scenic spots in our country .
