渔船作为一种多工况船舶,其船-机-桨匹配不合理的情况屡见不鲜,造成能源利用率低、渔船能耗增加、经济效益下降。本文以舟山渔区某拖网渔船为研究对象,通过在该渔船上安装新设计的螺旋桨,以提高船-机-桨的匹配度,并对安装新桨前后的主机轴功率和系泊拖力进行实船测试。测试结果表明,新桨安装后,主机功率得到了更加充分的利用,达到了相同航速所需的主机轴功率减小,且航速越高,主机功率减小的越多的效果,当航速达到11.45 kn时,主机功率减小了83.3 kW;在主机功率相同的条件下,该船的拖力增大,且主机功率越大,拖力增加的越大,在主机额定功率的85%时,拖力增加了4.1 kN。

As a multi-working condition ship, it is of common occurrence that the matching of the hull-engine-propeller of fishing vessels were unreasonable, and the energy utilization ratio was low, which not only increase energy consumption and reduces the economic benefits of fishing vessels, but also bring back the hidden danger in production operation. In this paper, the trawler was chosen as the research object, and the new propeller was designed and installed in order to improve the matching degree of the hull-engine-propeller, and the test was done to measure the axle power of the main engine and the bollard pull of the propeller. The experimental results showed that, the main engine had been more fully utilized with the new propeller installed. The shaft power to reach the same sailing speed was decreased, and the higher the speed was, the much reduction was. When the speed reached 11. 45 kN, the shaft power decreased 83. 3 kW; As the same main engine power, the bollard pull was increased, and the larger the main engine power was, the the much increase was. The bollard pull increased 4.1 kN when the rated power of the main engine power reached 85%.
