调查本院住院糖尿病患者中糖尿病视网膜病变（ DR）的患病率及患者对DR相关知识的知晓率。方法连续收集我院自2010年10月至2011年10月在我院内分泌科首次住院的糖尿病患者168例，采用问卷调查方式对所有患者进行DR相关知识问卷调查，并进行散瞳眼底检查，按照国际DR分期标准对眼底检查结果进行分析。结果患者中对于糖尿病可以引起眼部病变的知晓率为56．55％，知道DR的占45．24％，知道DR可使用激光治疗的占38．69％，知道激光治疗可以极大的降低严重视力下降的发生风险的患者占8．93％。168例患者中有66例（132只眼）发现DR，患病率39．3％，眼底病变分期：2期22．73％，3期34．85％，4期29．54％，5期12.88％。结论住院糖尿病患者DR知晓率较低，多数患者缺乏DR相关知识，不知道眼底激光及其治疗益处，其DR的病情相对更为严重。因此，内分泌科医师应加强DR知识科普宣传并督促患者定期行眼底检查，以避免重度视力下降发生的可能。

Objective To investigate the prevalence and awareness of diabetic retinopathy ( DR) in hospitalized diabetic patients .Methods A hundred sixty-eight diabetic patients who were first time admitted to the department of en-docrinology between October 2010 and October 2011 were enrolled in this study consecutively .Patients ’ knowledge about diabetic related ocular diseases was gathered using questionnaires .Dilated fundus examination was performed and diabetic retinopathy was diagnosed according to international staging standards .Results The rate of awareness of diabetic ocular disease, DR and laser therapy among hospitalized diabetic patients was 56.55%,45.24%,and 38.69%,respectively.On-ly 8.93%of the patients knew that laser therapy could reduce the risk of severe vision loss .The prevalence of DR was 39.3%(132 eyes of 66 patients), and stages II, III, IV, and V DR accounted for 22.73%,34.85%, 29.54%,and 12.88%of the patients,respectively.Conclusion Hospitalized diabetic patients have very limited knowledge about DR and the benefit of laser therapy , while the prevalence and degrees of DR are already severe at the time of their first admis-sion.Therefore, endocrinologists play an important role in patient education , and should encourage patients to receive regu-lar fundus examination to prevent severe vision loss .
