探讨不同眼内疾病所致儿童白瞳症的B型超声表现，为临床诊断及鉴别诊断提供客观依据。方法对26例（35只眼）白瞳症进行B型超声检查。结果不同的疾病所致的白瞳症患儿B型超声检查结果不同。结论 B型超声检查为儿童白瞳症的临床诊断及鉴别诊断提供客观、可靠的依据，具有极其重要的价值。

Objective To discuss the results of B-ultrasound examination in children with leucocoria caused by different intraocular diseases , in order to provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of childhood leucocoria.Methods B-ultrasound examination was done in 35 leucocoric eyes of 26 children.Results The results of B-ultrasound are different for leucocoria that were caused by different diseases .Conclusion Ultrasonic inspection has very important value and provides objective and reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis for leucocoria in children.
