观察改良式自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉疗效。方法回顾性总结我院自2010年10月至2012年10月翼状胬肉病例，共23例（37只眼），行翼状胬肉切除＋改良式角膜缘干细胞移植术。结果37只眼均取得了良好疗效，手术成功率100％，随访1年，治愈率94．6％，复发率5．4％。结论改良式自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉疗效满意，方法简单，具有临床推广价值。
관찰개량식자체각막연간세포이식술치료익상노육료효。방법회고성총결아원자2010년10월지2012년10월익상노육병례，공23례（37지안），행익상노육절제＋개량식각막연간세포이식술。결과37지안균취득료량호료효，수술성공솔100％，수방1년，치유솔94．6％，복발솔5．4％。결론개량식자체각막연간세포이식술치료익상노육료효만의，방법간단，구유림상추엄개치。
Objective To investigate the efficiency of progressive limbal stem cell autografting to treat pterygium . Methods Totally 23 patients (37 eyes) with pterygium were treated with progressive limbal stem cell autografting from October 2010 to October 2012.Results All surgeries were successful .The cure rate was 94.6%and the recurrence rate was 5.4%.Conclusion Progressive limbal stem cell autografting is an effective technique to treat pterygium .It could be advocated for wide clinical use because of low recurrence rate , simple technique and short surgery time .
