联合频域相干光断层扫描( CirrusTM HD-OCT)中B和C扫描来观察中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)患者的视网膜色素上皮层(RPE)形态的改变。方法31例(34只眼)患者进行OCT 扫描,联合断层成像图和冠状面成像图RPE形态改变,冠状面成像图与荧光素眼底血管造影( FFA)图像比较定位渗漏点。结果在断层成像图上(B扫描)可发现:RPE圆弧样脱离9只眼(26.47%),RPE突起样8只眼(23.52%),波浪纹样改变4只眼(11.76%),圆弧+突起样改变13只眼(38.23%)。在冠状面成像图(C扫描)中,均能与B扫描图对应,同时能精确定位眼底图,与FFA图像相对应。结论在CirrusTM HD-OCT多种扫描模式下能容易观察到CSC患者的RPE出现特征性的改变。

연합빈역상간광단층소묘( CirrusTM HD-OCT)중B화C소묘래관찰중심성장액성맥락막시망막병변(CSC)환자적시망막색소상피층(RPE)형태적개변。방법31례(34지안)환자진행OCT 소묘,연합단층성상도화관상면성상도RPE형태개변,관상면성상도여형광소안저혈관조영( FFA)도상비교정위삼루점。결과재단층성상도상(B소묘)가발현:RPE원호양탈리9지안(26.47%),RPE돌기양8지안(23.52%),파랑문양개변4지안(11.76%),원호+돌기양개변13지안(38.23%)。재관상면성상도(C소묘)중,균능여B소묘도대응,동시능정학정위안저도,여FFA도상상대응。결론재CirrusTM HD-OCT다충소묘모식하능용역관찰도CSC환자적RPE출현특정성적개변。
Objective To investigate the changes of the retinal pigment epithelium ( RPE) morphology in central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) using combined B and C scan of spectral-domain Cirrus TM high-definition optical coher-ence tomography (HD-OCT).Methods Thirty-four eyes of 31 patients (25 men, 6 women) diagnosed with CSC were ex-amined with OCT-ophthalmoscope .Longitudinal and transverse images were obtained to study RPE morphology .Transverse images were also compared to fluorescein angiography findings .Results Longitudinal images ( B-scan ) of RPE showed arch detachment in 9 eyes (26.47%), small protrusions in 8 eyes (23.52%), wave changes in 4 eyes (11.76%), and arch detachment plus protrusion in 13 eyes (38.23%).Transverse images (C-scan) clearly showed RPE lesions consistent with the location of dye leakage on fluorescein angiography .Conclusion Specific morphologic changes in central serous chorioretinopathy can be detected easily and noninvasively with Cirrus TM HD-OCT.
