目前连续梁拱组合结构桥已在我国高速铁路大跨度桥梁结构中广泛应用,为了提高钢管拱施工效率、提升钢管拱安装质量,需要因地制宜开展钢管拱拼装方案的设计和施工。文章依托京沪高速铁路镇江京杭运河特大桥大跨度梁拱组合桥实际工程,优化了钢管拱拼装设计方案,并对其原位拼装方案在不同工况下组合桥的主梁承载能力和拼装支架体系的强度、刚度及稳定性进行分析,确保施工阶段结构安全;为避免混凝土梁出现拉应力,保证主梁受力安全,采用4台吊机同步对称拼装钢管拱至合龙段临近节段时,再采用2台吊机吊装拱肋节段直至主拱合龙。

The long-span bridge with continuous beam and arch has now been widely used on high speed railway in Chi-na.The design and construction for steel pipe assembly should adapt to the local conditions to improve the constructional efficiency and quality of steel pipe assembly,Taking the project of building Zhenjiang Canal Grand Bridge on Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway as case study,the paper describes optimization of the design for steel pipe assembly on the bridge and gives analysis on the carrying capacity of the main girder and the strength,rigidity and stability of the assem-bled supporting system constructed in different working conditions,which ensures the structural security in construction. In order to avoid the tension stress of concrete beam,four automobile cranes are used simultaneously to assembly sym-metrically from both ends to middle of arch angle,which could ensure the loading security of the girder.When the four cranes simultaneously assembly symmetrically to the closure segment approaching the arch rib segment,then use two cranes to lift the arch rib segment to the major arches closed.
