Base load and zinc loads have long been maintained at a high level in JISCO constrained by resources .When these two factors increases , the blast furnaces show poor performance in different degrees such as deteriorated blast furnace indicators , increased damaged tuyere , zinc metal outflow during period of tuyere replacement , steel slabs in throat and nod-ulation in steel bricks of furnace throat and ascension pipe and so on .
