为了适应市场形势,结合公司生产经营路线,依据炼铁厂下达的生产任务,作业区在外部最大限度的挖掘原燃料能力,考虑酒钢原燃料碱负荷较高的特点(国家标准为3 kg/t以下,酒钢目前一直在7~9 kg/t),内部逐步优化高炉操作制度,通过强化各项基础管理等一系列高炉强化冶炼措施,高炉各项技术经济指标不断取得进步,为今后高炉发展奠定了实践基础。

In order to adapt to market situation , the work zone excavates externally the maximum capacity potential of origi -nal fuel, combined with the production and management route of company and the manufacture tasks assigned by ironworks . Characteristics of higher base load in raw material and fuel in JISCO must be considered .Specifically , national standard is below 3kg/t however the number has currently been 7~9kg/t in JISCO).So optimization of blast furnace operation in the internal system must be carried out gradually , by means of strengthening the basic management and a series of blast furnace intensified smelting measures .Then the technical and economic indicators of the blast furnace could be improved continual -ly, which could lay the foundation for the practice development in blast furnace .
