采用横断面研究方法，对某厂2000-2006年在册的放射工作退休人员的慢性病发病情况进行了调查，探索放射职业危害因素对退休人员慢性病发病率的影响。结果表明，该厂放射工作退休人员慢性病发病率排在前两位的是循环系统疾病和全肿瘤，发病率分别为1146．8/105和114．4/105，与全国及地区人群调查结果接近。

An investigation was conducted on the mortality of the workers in a factory to research the health ef-fections of the occupational factor on the retired radiation workers .A cross-section study was adopted to study the population consisting of all retired radiation workers on the register from the year of 2000 .The morbidity of the chronic diseases were calculated .The chronic diseases mainly show circulatory system and tumor ,the mor-bidity of the circulatory system and tumor were 1 146 .8/105 and 114 .4/105 ,respectively .The results shows the occupational factor has no influence on the retired radiation workers .
