顺丁橡胶装置废气处理系统采用上海东化环境工程有限公司催化氧化技术处理顺丁橡胶装置振动筛、干燥箱排气中的正己烷、丁二烯等成分。从顺丁橡胶装置来的废气进入气液分离器和过滤器分离游离水和胶沫后，进入增压风机增压，经废气换热器加热后进入反应器进行催化氧化反应，将有害的挥发性有机物转化为二氧化碳和水。从反应器出来的废气进入废气换热器回收热量后通过排气筒排入大气。
