建立了塑料制品中16种多环芳烃含量的气相色谱质谱联用测定新方法。样品用正己烷在50℃超声提取，提取液经3％NaOH乙醇溶液反应净化除酯后，用气相色谱质谱法进行定性与定量。结果表明：在低、中、高3个添加水平下，测得塑料制品样品的回收率为81.1％～117.3％，相对标准偏差为0.5％～6.1％；16种多环芳烃在0.05～5.0μg/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好，相关系数均大于0.9992；方法检测限为0.01～0.04 mg/kg。

건립료소료제품중16충다배방경함량적기상색보질보련용측정신방법。양품용정기완재50℃초성제취，제취액경3％NaOH을순용액반응정화제지후，용기상색보질보법진행정성여정량。결과표명：재저、중、고3개첨가수평하，측득소료제품양품적회수솔위81.1％～117.3％，상대표준편차위0.5％～6.1％；16충다배방경재0.05～5.0μg/mL질량농도범위내선성관계량호，상관계수균대우0.9992；방법검측한위0.01～0.04 mg/kg。
A new determination method of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in plastic products using GC -MS was developed.Polycyclic aromatic thydrocarbons in plastic products were extracted by ultrasonic extraction device with n -hexane.The ester was then hydrolyzed by adding 3% sodium hydroxide/ethanol solution ( m/V ) into the extracting solution.The reaction solution was analyzed by GC -MS.The results showed that the recoveries of the method were between 81.1%and 117.3%in three spiked levels.The relative standard deviations ( RSDs) were less than 6.1%.The linear ranges were from 0.05 to 5.0 μg/mL with the correlation coefficients above 0.999 2 for all the 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.The detection limit ranged between 0.01 and 0.04 mg/kg.
