目的：观察亚急性甲状腺炎患者炎性指标与FT3和FT4相关性，探讨炎症指标在亚急性甲状腺炎诊断中的意义。方法回顾性分析我院诊断明确亚甲炎患者53例，患者甲状腺疼痛评分表由本小组制定，患者炎症指标、FT3（free triiodothyronine）、FT4（free thyroxine）在我院实验室检测。结果甲状腺疼痛评分与FT3、FT4、ESR（erythrocyte sedimentation rate）、CRP（C-reactive protein）和FIB（fibrinogen）均有正相关性，与ESR相关性最高。FT3与FT4、ESR、CRP具有正相关性（P＜0.05），其中与FT4呈强正相关性。FT4与 ESR 和 CRP 具有相关性（P ＜0.05），与 FIB 无相关性；ESR 与 FT3、FT4、CRP、FIB 有正相关性（P＜0.05)。CRP与FT3、FT4、ESR、FIB具有正相关（P＜0.05），FIB与ESR、CRP有相关性（P＜0.05）。结论亚急性甲状腺炎炎症指标能够比较客观反映临床体征和病情严重程度，其中ESR对临床判断病情严重程度有较好的价值。
목적：관찰아급성갑상선염환자염성지표여FT3화FT4상관성，탐토염증지표재아급성갑상선염진단중적의의。방법회고성분석아원진단명학아갑염환자53례，환자갑상선동통평분표유본소조제정，환자염증지표、FT3（free triiodothyronine）、FT4（free thyroxine）재아원실험실검측。결과갑상선동통평분여FT3、FT4、ESR（erythrocyte sedimentation rate）、CRP（C-reactive protein）화FIB（fibrinogen）균유정상관성，여ESR상관성최고。FT3여FT4、ESR、CRP구유정상관성（P＜0.05），기중여FT4정강정상관성。FT4여 ESR 화 CRP 구유상관성（P ＜0.05），여 FIB 무상관성；ESR 여 FT3、FT4、CRP、FIB 유정상관성（P＜0.05)。CRP여FT3、FT4、ESR、FIB구유정상관（P＜0.05），FIB여ESR、CRP유상관성（P＜0.05）。결론아급성갑상선염염증지표능구비교객관반영림상체정화병정엄중정도，기중ESR대림상판단병정엄중정도유교호적개치。
Objective To observe correlation between inflammatory markers levels and FT3, FT4 in subacute thyroiditis, and evaluate the clinical significance of the inflammatory markers in diagnosing. Methods 53 patients with subacute thyroiditis were retrospectively analyzed. The thyroid gland pain score was made byresearcher; FT3, FT4, ESR, CRP and FIB were tested in laboratory. Results The thyroid gland pain score had positive correlation with FT3, FT4, ESR , CRP and FIB (P < 0.05). FT3 had positive correlation with FT4, ESR and CRP (P< 0.05). FT4 had positive correlation with ESR and CRP (P < 0.05). ESR had positive correlation with FT4, FT3, CRP and FIB(P < 0.05). CRP had positive correlation with FT3, FT4, ESR and FIB (P < 0.05). FIB had positive correlation with ESR and CRP (P < 0.05). Conclusion Inflammatory markers levels are able to reflect the clinical signs and the severity of the illness in subacute thyroiditis objectively. The ESR is good value for clinical judgment illness severity.
