在多泥沙河流上运行的水轮机易受到泥沙磨损和空蚀破坏,其防护措施一直是水电工程中水轮机安全经济运行的一个重要问题。对空蚀破坏及泥沙磨损机理、液态金属材料特性及其在水轮机部件上的适用性作了探讨,对液态金属在铜街子电站水轮机过流部件中的喷涂工艺及其抗泥沙磨损和空蚀破坏的性能展开了分析。分析结果表明:液态金属在使用性能和工艺性能方面能够适用于水轮机,可以提高水轮机的抗磨损性和抗空蚀性。

The turbines in silt-carrying rivers suffer from sediment abrasion and cavitation erosion, and the corresponding countermeasures are always significant issues for the safe operation of hydropower plants. The paper discusses the mechanism of cavitation erosion and abrasion, the characteristics and the applicability of liquid metal material on the turbine components. The spraying technology of liquid metal applied in the water passage components of turbines in Tongjiezi Hydropower Station and the resistance performance to abrasion and cavitation erosion are analyzed. The result shows that liquid metal is appropriate to the tur-bines repair considering the applicability and technological performance, and plays a role in improving the resistance to abrasion and cavitation erosion of turbines.
