为解决因人口增长带来的水资源供需矛盾,湖北省松滋市决定新建一座给水厂。在分析该市供水缺口、水源水质及地形特征的基础上,决定改进新建水厂的工艺设计。经比选研究,在净水工艺中选用“V”型滤池可减少反冲洗水量,降低水厂运行成本;在优化排泥水处理工艺上,将排泥水与反冲洗排水排入同一收集系统,可有效减少泥沙排放影响,对保护当地水资源具有积极意义。

In order to tackle the water supply and demand conflicts arising from population growth, the Songzi municipal gov-ernment decided to build a new water plant. On the basis of analyzing the water supply gap, water source quality and terrain fea-tures of Songzi City, it is decided to improve the process design of the new water treatment plant. The engineering practice shows that using V-filter can reduce the backwash water consumption and operating costs of the plant; moreover, draining the back-wash water and sludge water into the same sewage collection system can effectively reduce the pollution emissions, which has vital significance to the protection of water resources.
