钢筋混凝土蜗壳是低水头水电站厂房的主要结构之一,其形状比较复杂,主要结构计算方法有平面框架法和三维有限元法,其中以结构力学为主的平面框架分析法是最常用的方法。传统平面框架分析法由于未考虑平面框架之间的相互作用(环向影响),计算成果与实际受力有所差异。为此,提出了改进的平面框架分析法,该法以传统平面框架模型为基础,通过改变约束条件,尽可能用平面模型反映三维空间效果。该法在清江高坝洲水电站厂房设计中得以应用,取得了满意的结果,其基本思路和假定已被《水工钢筋混凝土结构设计规范》SL192-2008和《水工设计手册》(第二版)所采纳。

The reinforced concrete spiral case, characterized as complicated shape, is one of the main structures in low-head hydropower house. The main calculation methods for this spiral case include plane frame analysis and the 3D finite element analy-sis, and the plane frame analysis based on structural mechanics is a commonly used measure. In some cases, results obtained by the traditional plane frame method are not consistent with actual mechanical behavior because the inter-action among the plane frames ( circular effects) is not considered. Therefore, we improve the traditional calculation method through considering more re-alistic constraint conditions to reflect 3D spatial effects on the basis of plan frame model. The presented improved method had been applied to the design of Gaobazhou Hydropower Station and satisfied results were obtained. The basic principles and as-sumptions of the presented method are adopted by "Design Code for Hydraulic Concrete Structures" SL191-2008 and"Manual for Hydraulic Structures (2nd edition)".
