本文结合北京地铁14号线的工程实例,介绍了在明挖地铁车站施工中,采用深孔注浆止水帷幕和明排水相结合的综合技术,控制地下水,为车站施工提无水环境,提高了车站基坑稳定性。采用深孔注浆止水帷幕的成孔工艺、注浆材料、浆液配比、注浆孔布置、注浆压力及注浆量控制等技术要点,及明排水的盲管、集水坑布设和回填。通过施做后对车站水治理的效果明显。为今后类似工程施工提供参考。

In this paper, combined with the project of Beijing metro line 14, in the construction of Ming dig metro station is introduced, using deep hole grouting and stop water heavy curtain combination of water drainage technique, precipitation and water control station, anhydrous environment for the station construction, improve the station foundation pit stability.By deep hole grouting to stop water heavy curtain of pore forming technology, grouting material, ratio of slurry, grouting hole, grouting pressure and grouting volume control technology main points, and drainage tube, Ming sump layout and backfil .He do after water treatment effect is obvious to the station.To provide the reference for future similar projects.
