能源问题是目前世界各国所面临的普遍问题，也是目前所公认的人类四大生存威胁问题之一。随着各国工业化进程的不断发展，地球上可供人类利用的能源日益减少，能源危机的总趋势不可避免。而在能源消耗中，作为人类活动基本场所的建筑，其使用过程中所消耗的能量，在社会总耗能中占据着较高的比例，其中，西方发达国家的建筑耗能占社会总耗能的30%-50%，而我国目前的建筑耗能占社会总耗能的30%左右，且该占比正在逐渐上升。在公共建筑中，空调系统又是最主要的耗能设备，本文就主动式冷梁在节能建筑中的设计应用进行了一些探讨。

The energy problem is one of the countries al over the world face a common problem, and is recognized by one of the four survival threat to human problems.With the continuous development of national industrialization, the earth gradual y available for human use of energy, energy crisis, the total trend is inevitable.In energy consumption, buildings, as a basic human activity places it in the process of its use of energy, in occupies a high proportion in the total energy consumption society, among them, the western developed countries building energy consumption accounts for 30%to 50%of total energy consumption society, and China's current building energy consumption accounts for about 30% of the total energy consumption society, and the proportion is rising.In a public building, air conditioning system is the main energy consumption equipment, the active chil er beam design application in energy-saving building is discussed in this paper.
