在山谷型水力贮灰场增容改造工程中借鉴平原贮灰场建设管理方法,创新思路,改变通常采用的征地、加高灰坝来增加库容的方法。利用灰场现有的占地面积扩展立体空间,在灰面上用模袋筑隔,分区贮灰,集中蓄水,达到增加库容的目的,节省土地资源,减轻了动迁压力,降低建设投资,取得了明显成效。
