随着高速铁路的开通运营，铁路运输能力得到了较大的提高，缓解了运能与需求之间的矛盾，同时，旅客对铁路运输服务质量提出了更高要求，特别是旅行的准时性。为了保证高速铁路的旅行准时性，就需要高质量的列车运行图，缓冲时间则是决定列车运行图质量的重要因素。本文对列车运行图缓冲时间进行理论研究，分析了列车运行线的时空分布、通过能力利用率和旅客服务质量对缓冲时间的影响。

With the opening of the high-speed railway operation, railway transportation ability has been greatly improved, al eviated the contradiction between the capacity and demand. At the same time, passengers put forward higher requirements on the railway transport service quality, especially the punctuality of rail travel. In order to ensure the high-speed rail travel punctuality, improving the quality of train diagram is needed, and the setting of buffer time is an important factor in determining the quality of train diagram. This paper study on the theory of train diagram, and summarizes influence of Time and space distribution of train paths, utility ratio of the carrying capacity and railway's service quality on buffer time.
