由于汽车用开关的多样性，在对开关操作力（或称转换力）测试的过程中会遇到固定角度和位置不合理的问题，这样会直接导致转换力（矩）和位移测试不准确，直接影响客观评价结果，同时对主观评价（如舒适性、顺畅性等）造成误导。本文通过对开关操作力（矩）测试系统的工装及测试方法进行改进，提高了测试的准确性，使整个测试过程更加统一、高效、合理、准确。

As the shape of the vehicle switches is unregular and it’s difficult to adjust the swich’s angle and position when measurementing it’s transference, which might be inaccurate and influence the subjective and objective evaluation result. A modified frock clamp for vehicle switch measurement system was designed based on the original system by resolving the instal ation problem which caused by the large amount use of irregular vehicle switches today .The improvement wil lead to the whole system more consolidated, efficiently, reasonably and accurately.
