目的：评价坤泰胶囊联合氯米芬治疗女性不孕的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析妇科门诊就诊的不孕妇女,剔除男方因素及其他因素所致不孕的290例女性排卵障碍性不孕患者,选择坤泰胶囊联合氯米芬周期治疗,同时进行阴道超声监测卵泡发育情况及子宫内膜厚度,计算排卵率及妊娠率,随访妊娠情况至治疗后半年。结果应用坤泰胶囊联合氯米芬治疗后,排卵期子宫内膜厚度平均为9.65 mm,排卵率84.14%,妊娠率53.79%。结论坤泰胶囊联合氯米芬治疗女性不孕,诱导排卵效果好,明显提高妊娠率。
목적：평개곤태효낭연합록미분치료녀성불잉적림상료효。방법회고성분석부과문진취진적불잉부녀,척제남방인소급기타인소소치불잉적290례녀성배란장애성불잉환자,선택곤태효낭연합록미분주기치료,동시진행음도초성감측란포발육정황급자궁내막후도,계산배란솔급임신솔,수방임신정황지치료후반년。결과응용곤태효낭연합록미분치료후,배란기자궁내막후도평균위9.65 mm,배란솔84.14%,임신솔53.79%。결론곤태효낭연합록미분치료녀성불잉,유도배란효과호,명현제고임신솔。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of kuntai capsule and Clomiphene in the treatment of female infertility. Methods Retrospective analysis was made for 290 cases with female infertility who has ovulation failure, which were eliminated male and other infertility factors. Kuntai capsule and clomiphene were given cyclically, and the follicle diameter and endometrial thickness were monitorded by the transvaginal ultrasound. The rate of ovulation and pregnancy were calculated, and patients were followed up continuously to observe the results of pregnancy until the administration of drug after half a year. Results After the administration of kuntai capsule and clomiphene in the infertile women, the average endometrial thickness on a period of ovulation was 9.65 mm, and the rates of ovulation and pregnancy were 84.14%, and 53.79%. Conclusion The treatment of kuntai capsule combined with clomiphene can effectively improve ovulation induction, and further enhance their pregnancy rate.
