目的：探讨肝硬化患者体表心电图校正QT间期与Child-Pugh分级之间的关系。方法对161例肝硬化患者(肝硬化组)和同期100例健康体检者(健康对照组)进行QTc对比分析,并研究肝硬化患者QTc与Child-Pugh分级的关系。结果肝硬化患者心电图QTc较健康对照者明显延长,分别为(0.434±0.290)s和(0.382±0.180)s,(P<0.01)。且QTc和Child-Pugh分级相关,分级越高, QTc越长。A级：(0.409±0.224)s；B级：(0.438±0.259)s；C级：(0.455±0.174)s。不同Child-Pugh分级组内QTc两两比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肝硬化患者心电图QTc与病情严重程度呈正相关。

Objective To investigate the relationship between rate-corrected QT interval (QTc) of electrocardiogram and Child-Pugh grade of liver cirrhosis patients. Methods A total of 161 cases of liver cirrhosis (liver cirrhosis group) and 100 cases of healthy people (health control group) were analyzed of QTc. The relationship between QTc and Child-Pugh grade was studied. Results The QTc of electrocardiogram of liver cirrhosis group was more prolonged than the health control group [(0.434±0.290) s, (0.382±0.180) s, P<0.01)]. QTc was positively correlated with Child-Pugh grade. Grade A was (0.409±0.224) s;grade B was (0.438±0.259) s;grade C was (0.455±0.174) s. The differences of QTc in different Child-Pugh grades were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The QTc of liver cirrhosis patients is positively correlated with the severity of liver cirrhosis.
