目的：探讨新活素(冻干重组人脑利钠肽)对高龄老人难治性心力衰竭的独特疗效。方法回顾性分析30例高龄老人合并难治性心力衰竭应用新活素治疗的临床资料，总结新活素疗效及不良反应。结果30例患者中有效[(脑利钠肽(BNP)明显下降，即治疗后下降>30%)]24例，显效(较治疗前BNP下降)6例，规定剂量范围内对心率、血压、血钾及肌酐无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论新活素治疗高龄老人顽固性心力衰竭疗效确切，安全性好，值得在高龄老年人群中进一步推广。

Objective To explore the unique effect of natriuretic peptide (lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide) on elderly patients with refractory heart failure. Methods A retrospective analysis of using natriuretic peptide to treat 30 elderly patients with refractory heart failure was made to summarize the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction. Results Among the 30 cases, there were 24 effective cases [brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) decreased after treatment more than 30%] and 6 cases of obvious effects (BNP decreased). There were no obvious influences on heart rate, blood pressure, serum potassium and creatinine within stipulated range of dose (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of natriuretic peptide in the treatment of elderly patients with refractory heart failure is exact, and its safety is good. It is worthy of further promotion in the elder population.
