制订合理的培养目标，采取合理的培养模式，合理安排研究生临床学习和实验研究时间，对于培养出既有临床工作能力，又有创新研究能力的高素质优秀神经病学专业硕士研究生至关重要。在神经病学专业硕士研究生培养的过程中，河北联合大学附属医院(以下简称“我院”)神经内科坚持临床和科研一体化的培养模式，坚持临床与科研并重的原则，使我院神经内科硕士研究生的临床技能与科研能力得到明显提高，在培养高素质的实用型神经病学人才方面，取得了较好成绩。
