[目的]预防和减少感染科患儿跌倒和坠床的发生。[方法]了解不同年级本科护理专业在校学生(以下简称护生)的移情与利他观念现状,分析二者相关性。[方法]采用大学生移情量表和大学生利他行为量表,对299名1年级~3年级本科护生进行问卷调查。[结果]①不同年级本科在校护生移情得分无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同性别护生的情感移情得分有统计学意义(P<0.05);②不同年级本科在校护生利他行为得分无统计学意义(P>0.05);③移情总得分及各维度(认知移情、情感移情、行为移情)得分分别与利他行为总得分呈正相关(P<0.001)。[结论]护理教育中尽早开展移情教育,并有针对性地选择移情锻炼模式,是促进护生利他行为的有效途径。

Obj ective:To know about the status quo of empathy and altru-ism of different grades of undergraduate nursing students and analyze the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 299 undergraduate nursing students in grade 1~3 were investigated by using the college students’ empathy scales and college students’altruistic behavior scale.Results:There was no statistical significance in the empathy scores among different grades of undergraduate nursing students(P>0.05),and there was statis-tical significance in the emotional empathy scores among the different gen-ders of nursing students(P<0.001);There was statistical significance in the altruistic behavior scores of different grade undergraduate nursing students(P>0.05);The total scores of empathy and each dimension score (cognitive empathy,emotional empathy,behavior empathy )were respec-tively positively correlated with the total scores of the altruistic behaviors (P<0.001).Conclusion:To carry out the empathy education in nursing education as soon as possible and select empathy training ways pertinently is the effective way to promote the altruistic behavior of nursing students.
