目的：评价超声引导宫腔镜治疗宫腔粘连的临床价值。方法对68例宫腔粘连病例进行回顾性分析。结果超声引导宫腔镜治疗宫腔粘连月经恢复率93%,23例求孕者治疗后14例受孕,妊娠率61%。结论超声引导宫腔镜治疗宫腔粘连安全,有效缓解粘连性痛经,恢复月经,提高受孕率。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided hysteroscopic treatment of intrauterine adhesion. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 68 patients with intrauterine adhesion. Results Menstrual recovery rate of ultrasound-guided hysteroscopic treatment of intrauterine adhesion was 9%. There were 14 pregnant cases among the 23 undergone fertility operation cases, and the pregnancy rate was 61%. Conclusion Ultrasound guided hysteroscopy in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion is safe, and can effectively alleviate conglutinated dysmenorrhea, recover menstruation and improve pregnancy rate.
