目的：观察血栓抽吸联合替罗非班在急诊冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)中的疗效及护理要点。方法50例血栓高负荷的急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者于急诊PCI术中接受血栓抽吸导管联合替罗非班治疗。观察联合治疗的疗效及风险，评估护理措施。结果两者的联合治疗显著改善了PCI术中患者的堵塞血管血流恢复及心肌灌注。ST段抬高多在0.5 h内明显降低，临床症状也随血流的恢复而明显减轻，针对性的护理减少了严重的并发症，改善了患者预后。结论血栓抽吸联合替罗非班在急诊PCI中是安全、有效的，同时针对性的护理是疗效的保障。
목적：관찰혈전추흡연합체라비반재급진관상동맥개입치료(PCI)중적료효급호리요점。방법50례혈전고부하적급성ST단태고형심기경사환자우급진PCI술중접수혈전추흡도관연합체라비반치료。관찰연합치료적료효급풍험，평고호리조시。결과량자적연합치료현저개선료PCI술중환자적도새혈관혈류회복급심기관주。ST단태고다재0.5 h내명현강저，림상증상야수혈류적회복이명현감경，침대성적호리감소료엄중적병발증，개선료환자예후。결론혈전추흡연합체라비반재급진PCI중시안전、유효적，동시침대성적호리시료효적보장。
Objective To observe the clinical effect and nursing experience of thrombus aspiration combined with tirofiban in treatment of acute percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of 50 acute ST segment elevation type (STEMI) patients with high thrombus burden during primary PCI were received both thrombus aspiration and tirofiban. The clinical effects and nursig experience were observed and nursing measures were evaulted. Results The combined therapy significantly improved coronary blood recovery and myocardial perfusion of patients. The elevation of ST-element decreased significantly within half an hour, and clinical symptoms also obviously relieved with coronary blood flow recovery. The pertinent nursing reduced serious complications and improved the prognosis of patients. Conclusion The therapy of thrombus aspiration combined with tirofiban in treatment of PCI was effective and safe, and pertinence nursing was the powerful guarantee for good curative effect.
