目的:探讨相同损伤类型采用不同内固定方式治疗Lisfranc损伤疗效分析。方法经过手术治疗并获得随访的41例Lisfranc损伤患者进行回顾性研究,本组病例空心钉内固定20例、微钢板内固定21例,均采用克氏针辅助固定。结果采用美国矫形足踝协会(AOFAS)评分评价术后功能情况,并根据同一分型不同内固定方式进行比较,空心钉固定组:优良率:90.0%,其中优:14例,良:4例,可:2例,微钢板固定组:优良率:85.7%,其中优:14例,良:4例,可:2例,差:1例。结论切开复位空心钉内固定及微钢板内固定治疗Lisfranc损伤均能得到长期有效的固定,根据不同损伤类型选择不同内固定方式治疗Lisfranc损伤能减少创伤性关节炎及再脱位的发生。

Objective To analyze the curative effects of different internal fixation methods in the treatment of Lisfranc injure. Methods A retrospective study was made on 41 Lisfranc injure patients received surgical treatment and follow-up. Among the patients, there were 20 cases treated by cannulated screws internal fixation, and 21 cases treated by micro plate internal fixation. All cases received auxiliary K-wires fixation. Results According to evaluation by American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) and the different internal fixation methods of the same mark, the excellent and good rate of cannulated screws group was 90.0%, with 14 excellent cases, 4 good cases and 2 qualified cases. The excellent and good rate of micro plate group was 85.7%with 14 excellent cases, 4 good cases, 2 qualified cases and 1 bad case. Conclusion The open reduction cannulated screws internal fixation and the micro-plates internal fixation in treatment of Lisfranc injury have the same result of long-term effective fixation. Based on different types of damage, different internal fixations can be chosen to reduce the occurrence of traumatic arthritis and redislocation.
