论文以住房为切入点，走访南京市各种类型的农民工，并通过问卷的形式，了解南京市农民工的基本信息以及他们的住房期望。采用科学系统的分析方法，探寻农民工住房问题存在的原因，然后根据数据分析结果针对原因及农民工自身特点，从政府、用人单位和农民工个体三个角度，提出相应的对策和建议，旨在进一歩完善农民工住房问题的有关制度，切实解决他们的住房困难，共享社会主义的成果。

Our project team to housing as a breakthrough point, visited Nanjing City, various types of migrant workers, and through questionnaire survey, understand the basic information of Nanjing city housing migrant workers and their expectations. The scientific method of analysis system, exploring the cause of housing problems of migrant workers, then according to the results of the data analysis to understand the causes and characteristics of migrant workers. Through migrant workers individual, the employer and the government three angles, we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, aims to further perfect the system housing problems of migrant workers, to solve their housing difficulties, sharing socialism results.
