This paper introduced the community water supply and drainage, heating installation common pipeline materials, analyzed one by one the common water leakage reasons of pipeline system, and from raw materials, construction process quality control, master degree of construction technology, construction interface and buried pipeline discussed the prevent and control measures of pipeline system leakage, in order to reduce leakage phenomenon occurrence.
