本文从近几年北京电网实际运行经验出发,对10kV户内干式铁心并联电抗器的四类典型缺陷形式:紧固件松动脱落、线圈包封开裂、温控仪或风机本体故障、铁心环氧外层开裂进行了细致描述,并详细分析了上述四种缺陷形式的危害与成因,最后,从不同角度提出了一些可行性建议供电网企业与设备制造厂商参考。
本文從近幾年北京電網實際運行經驗齣髮,對10kV戶內榦式鐵心併聯電抗器的四類典型缺陷形式:緊固件鬆動脫落、線圈包封開裂、溫控儀或風機本體故障、鐵心環氧外層開裂進行瞭細緻描述,併詳細分析瞭上述四種缺陷形式的危害與成因,最後,從不同角度提齣瞭一些可行性建議供電網企業與設備製造廠商參攷。

In this paper, We make an analysis for four kinds of typical defects of 10kV Dry-Type shunt reactor base on actual operating experience of Beijing power grid in recent years. These typical defects mainly include fastener loose and fal off, coil encapsulation cracking, temperature control er or fan fault and external epoxy cracking of core. The author also explains why these defects can be made from different field. At last, this paper put forward some feasible suggestions for power grid enterprises and equipment manufacturers.
