针对小型水电厂电能量采集通信通道建设困难的实际情况,本文介绍了一种基于北斗卫星系统的信道建设方案。系统包括北斗主站端及厂站端两大部分。北斗主站端内的前置机通过北斗系统预采集各厂站端数据,并模拟终端实时响应采集系统主站的数据召测。该方案能满足数据内容、实时召测、系统对时等要求,建设成本较低、安装组网方便、可靠性高,具有一定的应用推广价值。
針對小型水電廠電能量採集通信通道建設睏難的實際情況,本文介紹瞭一種基于北鬥衛星繫統的信道建設方案。繫統包括北鬥主站耑及廠站耑兩大部分。北鬥主站耑內的前置機通過北鬥繫統預採集各廠站耑數據,併模擬終耑實時響應採集繫統主站的數據召測。該方案能滿足數據內容、實時召測、繫統對時等要求,建設成本較低、安裝組網方便、可靠性高,具有一定的應用推廣價值。

According to the actual building difficult of communication channel in small hydropower plants' electric energy acquisition, this paper introduces an communication channel building scheme based on BeiDou satellite communication system. The system is composed of BeiDou main station and power plant station. The front-end processor in BeiDou main station pre-acquires data of each power plant station through BeiDou communication system and simulates itself into a terminal to respond to acquisition system main station's data summoning instantly. This building scheme meets the demands of data content, real-time summoning and system time adjusting. With low building cost, convenience of installation and high reliability, this building scheme is worth of being generalized.
