频率计是一种专门对频率信号进行测量的常见仪器，根据其内部晶振能否输出，可分为有晶振输出频率计和无晶振输出频率计两种。对于无晶振输出频率计的检测，人工检定方法费时费力。为实现无晶振输出频率计的自动检定，提高检定工作的质量和效率，本文进行了无晶振输出频率计的自动检定装置研究。依据国家检定规程，设计了一种无晶振输出频率计的自动检定装置，可实现无晶振输出频率计开机特性、频率复现性、频率准确度的自动检定。

Frequency meter is an instrument for measuring frequency signal.According to the internal oscillator to output, it can be divided into the oscillator output frequency meter and no oscillator output frequency meter. For the detection of non crystal oscillator output frequency meter, manual verification method is time-consuming and laborious. In order to realize automatic operation and improving the quality and the efficiency of verification, a research on design of the automatic system is carried out. On the basis of verification regulation, a automatic test equipment of no oscillator output frequency meter is designed, which can achieve automatic verification of the startup characteristics, frequency reproducibility and accurate frequency.
