DeviceNet技术是基于CAN总线且符合国际标准的现场总线技术,已被广泛应用于国内外工业现场。然而,由于成本与技术的限制,国内厂家在该领域开发的产品仍然不多。针对这种现状,本文介绍了一种基于DeviceNet从站协议芯片DN1022和意法半导体公司的32位ARM单片机STM32F051R8T6的智能从站模块的开发方案。将此智能模块组装在电机保护器上,可使保护器具备DeviceNet从站的通信性能,从而接入电机保护器控制系统。此方案开发成本低、开发周期短、产品性能稳定,对现场总线类产品的开发及通信网络的构建具有一定的借鉴意义[1]。
DeviceNet技術是基于CAN總線且符閤國際標準的現場總線技術,已被廣汎應用于國內外工業現場。然而,由于成本與技術的限製,國內廠傢在該領域開髮的產品仍然不多。針對這種現狀,本文介紹瞭一種基于DeviceNet從站協議芯片DN1022和意法半導體公司的32位ARM單片機STM32F051R8T6的智能從站模塊的開髮方案。將此智能模塊組裝在電機保護器上,可使保護器具備DeviceNet從站的通信性能,從而接入電機保護器控製繫統。此方案開髮成本低、開髮週期短、產品性能穩定,對現場總線類產品的開髮及通信網絡的構建具有一定的藉鑒意義[1]。

DeviceNet technology is based on CAN bus and accord with international standard .It has been widely uesd in global industrial area.However,Chinese firms did not developed lots of DeviceNet products with the limit of costs and technology.According to this situation,we introduced a develop solution for designing a smart DeviceNet slave module that is based on slave protocol chip DN1022 and STMicroelectronics 32-bit ARM microcontroller STM32F051R8T6 . This module can be installed in motor protector and make it has DeviceNet communication ability .And the protector installed the DeviceNet module can gain access to its control system.This develop solution reduces develop costs ,shortens the design period and gains reliable performance and it is helpful to design fieldbus product and establish network.
