高值电阻的测量是电磁学计量的重要内容之一，其精确测量依赖于各个环节的质量保证。本文分析了电缆的弯曲或振动产生噪声电流的原理，以及良好的屏蔽系统和接地对于高阻测量的重要性。此外，分别比较计算采用同轴电缆和三同轴电缆测量高阻时各自泄漏电流的数量级。结果表明等电位保护技术将泄漏电流降低了108数量级，在测量nA级及以下的小电流时必须使用三同轴结构的低噪声电缆。

High value resistance measurement is one of the important contents of electromagnetic measurement, of which precise measurement depends on quality assurance of every links. This paper analyzed the principle of noise current caused by bending or vibration of cable; the importance of excellent shielding system and grounding. Meanwhile, compare and calculate leakage current order of magnitude when using coaxial cable and triaxial cable to measurement high value resistance. The result shows that equal potential protection technology reduced leakage current by 108 order of magnitude. Therefore, triaxial cable with low noise must be used when measuring low current (nA level and below).
