目前供电企业普遍采用在电网适当地点安装专用电压监测仪来实现电压合格率的监测和统计,但其数据统计的客观性常受到人为因素干扰。电能计量装置通常安装在供电企业与用户的电力设施产权分界点之间,是实现电压合格率监测的最佳地点。通过在电能计量装置上增加缓慢变化电压的测量统计功能,使之具有电压监测仪的功能。将它安装在电网的C类、D类电压监测点进行长期测试,并由用电信息采集系统主站实现电压合格率数据远程监测统计。经过运行实践,表明利用电能计量装置实现电压合格率监测是可靠可行的。此类计量装置满足“智能电网”建设发展和社会对电能质量信息透明化的需求,具有不可低估的应用前景。

For monitoring and statistical voltage qualification rate ,the voltage monitor is installed in the proper location of the power grid, but the data of objectivity often been questioned. Usually, the electric energy metering device is installed in the position between the power supply enterprises and users, that is the best place to monitoring the voltage qualification rate. By adding the function measurement statistics slow change of voltage, the electric energy metering device can be used as a voltage monitor. It is also used as a remote terminal, and be installed in the grid of class C and class D voltage monitoring point for long-term test. The power user electric energy data acquisition system collects the voltage qualification rate data from this remote terminal. The practice has shown that the electric energy metering device been used as a voltage monitor is feasible and reliable. This type electric energy metering devices can satisfy the development of "smart grid", and also to meet the people's requirements about improving the power quality information transparency. It has a good application prospect in the field of electric power automation.
