本文针对智能电能表在应用环境中频繁出现时钟电池故障的现象,对入网运行后出现电池欠压故障和同批次库存两种状态的智能电能表进行分析比较,从电表整机功耗、内部电路设计及制造工艺、不同工况状态下电池功耗、现场运行环境四个方面的因素分析研究了影响智能电能表时钟电池性能的原因;并提出检测及元器件质量控制方案以消除造成时钟电池故障的隐患。
本文針對智能電能錶在應用環境中頻繁齣現時鐘電池故障的現象,對入網運行後齣現電池欠壓故障和同批次庫存兩種狀態的智能電能錶進行分析比較,從電錶整機功耗、內部電路設計及製造工藝、不同工況狀態下電池功耗、現場運行環境四箇方麵的因素分析研究瞭影響智能電能錶時鐘電池性能的原因;併提齣檢測及元器件質量控製方案以消除造成時鐘電池故障的隱患。

According to smart electricity meter application environments occur frequently in clock battery failure phenomenon, the battery undervoltage fault occurs and the same batch of stock in two states after running smart electricity meter network analysis and comparison, from the meter machine power, internal circuit design and manufacturing processes, under different conditions-power status of the battery, four factors of field operation environmental analysis to study the effects of smart electricity meter clock battery performance reasons;and proposed quality control program to detect and eliminate the cause clock battery components failure risks.
