目的：观察阴部神经阻滞用于混合痔术后镇痛的效果。方法将60例混合痔手术患者随机分为2组，均按照Milligan-Morgan方法行外剥内扎切除术，手术结束时治疗组30例行阴部神经阻滞镇痛，对照组30例不予阴部神经阻滞，其余治疗两组相同，观察两组术后疼痛评分及并发症情况。结果痔术后24小时内，在减轻疼痛及降低尿潴留发生率方面，治疗组效果明显优于对照组（ P＜0．05），不良反应并无增加。结论混合痔外剥内扎切除术后使用阴部神经阻滞镇痛短期效果良好，尿潴留发生率明显降低。
목적：관찰음부신경조체용우혼합치술후진통적효과。방법장60례혼합치수술환자수궤분위2조，균안조Milligan-Morgan방법행외박내찰절제술，수술결속시치료조30례행음부신경조체진통，대조조30례불여음부신경조체，기여치료량조상동，관찰량조술후동통평분급병발증정황。결과치술후24소시내，재감경동통급강저뇨저류발생솔방면，치료조효과명현우우대조조（ P＜0．05），불량반응병무증가。결론혼합치외박내찰절제술후사용음부신경조체진통단기효과량호，뇨저류발생솔명현강저。
Objective To observe postoperative analgesia effect of pudendal block for hemorrhoids operation.Methods A total of 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoid were divided into two groups:the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30),treatment for the two groups were same except pudendal nerves were blocked after Milligan-Morgan operation in observation group .The postoperative analgesia effect and complication were recorded .ResultCompared with the control group ,significantly less pain and lower rate of urinary retention were found in observation group in 24 hours after operation .Complications in observation group did not increase .Conclusion Thepudendal block for hemorrhoids operation is a safe , simple and effective treatment with good short-time analgesic effect .
