针对焦炉生产中工作环境恶劣而机车定位控制要求高的情况,提出基于感应无线技术的焦炉机车自动走行控制方案。重点阐述了利用感应无线技术抑制数据通信中的同频干扰问题,构建同轨道多机车位置检测应用模式,建立三维机车自动走行控制立体结构模型,设计了感应无线硬件电路。文中设计的系统具有设计先进、功能丰富和可靠性高等优势。
針對焦爐生產中工作環境噁劣而機車定位控製要求高的情況,提齣基于感應無線技術的焦爐機車自動走行控製方案。重點闡述瞭利用感應無線技術抑製數據通信中的同頻榦擾問題,構建同軌道多機車位置檢測應用模式,建立三維機車自動走行控製立體結構模型,設計瞭感應無線硬件電路。文中設計的繫統具有設計先進、功能豐富和可靠性高等優勢。

In the light of coke oven locomotive actual situation of poor working environment and high requirements of positioning control, a coke oven locomotive’s automatic walking scheme based on induction radio technology is proposed. This paper focuses on suppressing the same frequency interference problems in data communication by using induction radio technology radio and building the same track multi-locomotive position detection application model. Three-dimensional automatic running control structural model is constructed and the circuit by induction radio is also provided. The system has such advantages as advanced design, multi function and high reliability.
