This paper describes the importance of personnel files management and the current status of the work ,and analyzes problems during the work .Based on the actual situation ,and in accordance with relevant regulations ,the paper studies how to do well the management work of personnel files in new era from aspects of strengthening leadership ,deepening reform ,the im‐plementation of Personnel Agency System ,which has great significance in guiding the management model of personnel files .
