以模式识别为基础,结合SQL Server数据库,引入了用于图像纹理分析的 LBP(Local Bina-ry Pattern,局部二进制模式)方法对采集到的纸张灰度图像进行表面缺陷检测识别,应用 Visual C++开发工具实现了基于图像分析的纸张表面缺陷检测系统。实验结果表明,本系统可行且有效。
以模式識彆為基礎,結閤SQL Server數據庫,引入瞭用于圖像紋理分析的 LBP(Local Bina-ry Pattern,跼部二進製模式)方法對採集到的紙張灰度圖像進行錶麵缺陷檢測識彆,應用 Visual C++開髮工具實現瞭基于圖像分析的紙張錶麵缺陷檢測繫統。實驗結果錶明,本繫統可行且有效。

Taking the pattern recognition as the foundation,in combination with SQL Server data-base,the LBP(Local Binary Pattern)method introduced is used in the image texture analysis and the paper gray image defect examination and recognition.The paper surface defect aspect system is realized using Visual C++ development tools.The test result has proved that this system is feasible and effective.
