目的：总结80 W 绿激光汽化术治疗 TURP 术后复发性前列腺增生症的安全性及临床疗效.方法：应用经尿道绿激光汽化术治疗39例 TURP 术后复发前列腺增生患者，回顾性总结手术时间、治疗效果及并发症.结果：所有患者均一次成功完成手术.手术时间平均47 mi n .所有患者未输血，未发生电解质紊乱.术后平均留置尿管时间(46.5±17.2)h .术后前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分、最大尿流率与术前比较明显改善.结论：经尿道绿激光汽化术治疗 TURP 术后复发前列腺增生症疗效确切、止血彻底，并发症少，可作为复发性前列腺增生症的理想的手术方法.

To summarize the effect and safety of 80 Wphotoselective vaporization (PVP)of the pros-tate for the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia after TURP .Methods :Atotal of 39 patients after TURP under-went PVP .We summarized the operation time ,effect and complication retrospectively .Results :All procedures were successfully performed by one operation.The average operation time was 47 min .No cases needed blood transfusi on , and all patients had no electrolyte disturbance .The postoperativeind welling catheterization time was (46.5 ±1 7.2) h .The IPSS ,QOL ,and Q max were significantly improved postoeratively as compared with those preoperatively .Con-clusions :The PVP is effective and safety ,and had less complications .It can be used as an ideal method in the treat-ment of recurrent BPH .
