文章在分析我国沿海渔场分布及渔船作业特点的基础上，对商船与渔船发生碰撞事故的原因进行了研究，并提出了降低事故率的对策与建议。

Based on an analysis of the fishing ground distribution in China’s coastal areas and the opera-tional features of fishing ships, this article studies the causes of collision between merchant ships and fishing ships and puts forward the countermeasures to reduce the accident rate.
