近年来，随着国家文化体制改革的逐步深入，出版行业转企改制的层层推进，尤其是近年高校科研考核标准的转变，高校学报正常的编辑出版工作面临着越来越多的困难，湖州职业技术学院学报也不例外。其中，稿源日益紧张是一个比较突出且典型的问题。曾几何时，高校学报是皇帝女儿不愁嫁，是金闺阁中的宠儿。但目前的情况是，普通高校的学报优质稿源普遍短缺。为此，笔者拟以《湖州职业技术学院学报》为例，将学报的稿源情况及其稿件流失原因作一具体的探讨分析，并就此提出几条解决高校学报优质稿源流失的对策和建议。

Recent years,with the deeper development of the national cultural system reform,the further promotion of publishing industry is confronted with restructuring of enterprises.Particularly,with the great changes of scientific research evaluation criteria in colleges these years,the normal editing and publishing work of the college journals are facing more and more difficulties.Huzhou Vocational and Techno-logical College is no exception.One of the prominent and typical problems is lack of good manuscript source.It was not long before,journals in colleges seemed never worried about that,but now it is common that most of the college journals are short of good quality manuscripts. Therefore,the author takesthejournalofHuzhouVocationalandTechnologicalCollege as an example,trying to have specific analyses on the situation of the manuscript source and the cause of manuscript loss,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to cope with these problems in colleges.
