办人民满意的高职教育是高职院校践行党的群众路线的内在要求，也是时代赋予我们的神圣使命。必须坚持育人为本，立德树人；必须全面审视、改革和完善教师评价激励机制；必须解放思想，抢抓新机遇，迎接新挑战。既要纵向比较，又要横向比较；既要同省内的兄弟院校比较，也要有全国乃至世界的眼光。要增强忧患意识，分析比较优势，科学规划，积极探索，努力形成具有独特风格的人才培养特色、专业建设特色、服务地方特色，彰显学校的办学风格和师生共同的办学价值观。

Develop the higher vocational education that people are satisfied with is the inner requirement of implementing the Party’s mass line,and is also the time honored sacred mission.In order to meet this requirement,higher vocational colleges should adhere to people o-riented education,comprehensively reform and improve the incentive mechanism of teacher evaluation,emancipate the minds to seize the new opportunities and to meet new challenges.We should not only make a comparison with peer colleges in Zhejiang,but also have the vision of China even the whole world.The colleges should enhance the sense of urgency,analyze comparative advantages,make great efforts to form the unique characters of talent cultivation,specialty construction and serving the local economy by scientifically planning and actively explo-ration,so as to give full play of the college’s style and value.
