研究了氨氯地平(Amlodipine besylate, Aml)在离子液体(1-Benzyl-3-Methylimidazole,[BnMIM]PF6)修饰碳糊电极([BnMIM]PF6/CPE)上的电化学行为和电化学动力学性质,并用循环伏安法(CV)及计时电流法(CA)测得Aml在[BnMIM]PF6/CPE上的电极反应动力学参数。实验结果表明,Aml在[BnMIM]PF6/CPE上发生了受吸附控制的不可逆电化学氧化过程。用方波伏安法(SWV)考察了Aml氧化峰电流与其浓度在1.2×10-6~1.0×10-3 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限(3S/N)3.3×10-7 mol/L,RSD1.3%~3.4%之间,加样回收率98.2%~103%。

The electrochemical behaviors and electrochemical kinetic of Amlodipine besylate at 1-Benzyl-3-Methylimidazole modified carbon paste electrode ([BnMIM]PF6/CPE) were investigated. The electrode reaction kinetic parameters were also determined by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and chronoamperometry(CA) at [BnMIM]PF6/CPE. The experimental results indicated that Aml electrochemical reaction at [BnMIM]PF6/CPE is an irreversible electrochemical oxidation with an adsorption -controlled process. The oxidation peak currents versus Aml concentration have a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 1.2 ×10 -6~1.0 ×10 -3 mol/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.996 5, the detection limit (3S/N) of 3.3 × 10-7 mol/L, the relative standard deviation (RSD) as between 1.3%~3.4%and the standard addition recoverage as in the range of 98.2%~103%by SWV.
