【目的】结合枸杞栽培品种之间光合参数和叶绿素荧光参数的差异性分析,对比研究了9个枸杞栽培品种间光合气体交换参数和内在品质差异。【方法】在田间试验条件下,试验采用随机区组设计,分别于7、8月晴天上午9:30-11:30之间测定光合及荧光指标,研究分析各供试品种间枸杞的内在品质,并分析其差异。【结果】以宁杞3号Pn、WUE、WUEi、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm )和PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fo )都显著高于其他8个供试品种,揭示了宁杞3号的光合能力和水分利用效率最强;并且进一步得出宁杞3号的多糖、总糖、黄酮、甜菜碱、类胡萝卜素含量都居于首位,其中甜菜碱的含量显著高于其他供试品种。其次为扁果枸杞、宁杞1号、宁杞4号、7号,再次为宁杞5号、0901、蒙杞1号,0702的光能利用率和果实品质较弱。【结论】结合各品种的光合气体交换参数及叶绿素荧光参数,进行不同枸杞栽培品种间的品质对比分析,得出宁杞3号、宁杞1号、宁杞4号、宁杞7号、扁果枸杞,这5个栽培品种非常适宜大面积推广种植;宁杞5号、0901可以作为辅助品种适当发展;而蒙杞1号、0702这2个品种不适宜发展种植。

【목적】결합구기재배품충지간광합삼수화협록소형광삼수적차이성분석,대비연구료9개구기재배품충간광합기체교환삼수화내재품질차이。【방법】재전간시험조건하,시험채용수궤구조설계,분별우7、8월청천상오9:30-11:30지간측정광합급형광지표,연구분석각공시품충간구기적내재품질,병분석기차이。【결과】이저기3호Pn、WUE、WUEi、PSⅡ최대광화학효솔(Fv/Fm )화PSⅡ잠재활성(Fv/Fo )도현저고우기타8개공시품충,게시료저기3호적광합능력화수분이용효솔최강;병차진일보득출저기3호적다당、총당、황동、첨채감、류호라복소함량도거우수위,기중첨채감적함량현저고우기타공시품충。기차위편과구기、저기1호、저기4호、7호,재차위저기5호、0901、몽기1호,0702적광능이용솔화과실품질교약。【결론】결합각품충적광합기체교환삼수급협록소형광삼수,진행불동구기재배품충간적품질대비분석,득출저기3호、저기1호、저기4호、저기7호、편과구기,저5개재배품충비상괄의대면적추엄충식;저기5호、0901가이작위보조품충괄당발전;이몽기1호、0702저2개품충불괄의발전충식。
Objective The aim of this experiment was to compare chlorophy Ⅱfluorescence,pho-tosynthetic parameters and fruit quality among 9 L?barbarum cultivars?[Method]This experi-ment was a completely randomized design the chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthetic parame-ters of each cultivar were measured in the field conditions between 9:00 to11:30 in July and Au-gust?Moreover,the fruit quality was also analyzed?[Results]Ningqi-3 showed higher Pn , WUE,WUEi ,PSⅡ(Fv/Fm )and PSⅡ(Fv/Fo )compared to other 8 cultivars,suggesting that Ningqi-3 has higher photosynthetic capacity and stronger water utilization ability and light ener-gy?Ningqi-3 exhibited the highest values in total sugar,polysaccharide content,sweet fruit base, flavonoid and carotenoids?The light use efficiency and fruit quality were lower in 0702 than in other cultivars?[Conclusion]According to chlorophyll fluorescence,photosynthetic parameters and fruit quality,Ningqi-3 ,Ningqi-1 ,Ningqi-4 ,Ningqi-7 and Bianguogouqi may be popularized in this area?Ningqi-5 and 0901 could be an assistant cuitivar?Mengqi-1 and 0702 is not suitable for development in this area.
