文章通过对影响锚地水域通航环境的因素综合分析,构建出锚地水域通航风险评价指标体系,以模糊理论为基础,采用层次分析法建立锚地水域通航环境综合风险评价模型,并利用该方法对新建锚地水域通航环境进行综合风险评价。评价结果显示,该方法可以充分掌握新建锚地水域通航环境的危险程度以及各项指标因素的危险状况。

Based on a comprehensive analysis of the factors influencing the anchorage's navigation environ-ment, this article attempts to construct its risk evaluation index system. In addition, combined with the fuzzy theo-ry, this article attempts to construct the comprehensive risk evaluation model by means of analytic hierarchy pro-cess (AHP) as well as apply this method to the comprehensive risk evaluation, the results of which demonstrate that this method is feasible in evaluating the risk of the new anchorage's navigation environment as well as the index factors.
